THE CHRISTI SEVAK SANMAN (CSS) AWARD's
RULES AND REGULATIONS TO REGISTER FOR THE CHRISTI SEVAK AWARDS
1. There are parish priests, principals/headmasters, NGOs or community leaders who have been HONOURED to receive the THE CSS AWARDS by default. These individuals would have received a CONFIRMED LETTER with a Reference No. and they are required to fill the HONOURED FORM by 20th October 2022. 2. Those who would like to self nominate or recommend others, need to fill the NOMINATION FORM by 20th October 2022 with details to be placed before the Selectors Jury whose decision is final and binding. The final list of Awardees will be announced on 30th October 2022 and The CSS Awards Presentation Ceremony will be held by mid-November 2022. 1. No mail, email or direct correspondence is entertained. Only entries through HONOURED FORM and NOMINATIONS FORM latest by 20th October 2022 is valid. In all matters the Selectors Jury is final and binding.
2. Forms need to be uploaded with passport sized photo, details (name, address, email, mobile, reason, track record, testimonials, etc. as available) and any other info latest by 20th October 2022.
